Physicians often ask us to see patients for a consultation about a specific problem. Depending on the type of problem, we may initiate diagnostic studies or treatment.  Most patients will continue under the care of their primary physician after a diagnosis and treatment plan have been established.  At times, we may continue to follow your gastrointestinal problems ourselves. Your family physician will always receive a prompt report of our findings and recommendations for treatment.

Final Reminders:

1. Bring a list of your current medications including doses.
2. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours prior.

If you do not notify us 24 hrs before a missed appointment, you may be charged a no show fee of $50.
